  • 50 g Chicken Breasts diced
  • 2 Tbsp White Onion diced
  • 1 Tbsp Red BellPepper diced
  • 1 clove Garlic  crushed
  • 1 Tbsp Jalapenos minced
  • cup Chicken Stock
  • cup sugar-free TomatoSauce
  • 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Taco Spice Mix
  • 50 g Avocado diced
  • Fresh Cilantro for garnish


  • Sear chicken piecesslightly in olive oil.
  • Add garlic, onions,bell peppers, and jalapenos. Sweat until aromatic.
  • Add spice mix, stockand tomato sauce. Simmer for 10-15 minutes.
  • Ladle into a bowl andtop with avocados and cilantro.
