From the usual tunaand avocado salad, we've added an antioxidant-rich powder-- curry! This recipeis packed with protein, healthy fat and of course, it's low in carbohydrates.The best thing about it is that there's no cooking or baking involved. Veryeasy to make, it only takes about 5 minutes! 🥑🥗🥑🥗🥑

  • 6 oz Albacore Tuna drained
  • 1/4 cup cup Avocado diced
  • 2 Tbsp Celery chopped
  • 2 Tbsp Mayonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp Curry powder
  • Pinch Salt and Pepper


  • Whisk togethermayonnaise, curry powder, salt and pepper in a bowl.
  • Fold in tuna,avocado, and celery.
  • Serve over keto toastor rolled in fresh lettuce.
